Being a CHICKEN ROW Vendor is like being in an all-inclusive 5-Star HENHOUSE resort!! CHICKEN ROW provides ALL furniture and fixtures, full-time employees skilled at visually merchandising and sales, a beautiful storefront open to the public six days a week, high foot-traffic with customer loyalty, a great location, advertising, and MORE! Drop your NEW ARRIVALS off in the coop because…We provide the creative biscuits, and the rest is gravy!
To apply before the approval process, you must first have:
✔️Been in business a minimum of six months
✔️A business Facebook account with a minimum of 500 likes
✔️A business Facebook group account with a minimum of 500 people
✔️A business Instagram account with at least 500 followers
✔️Post in social media outlets consistently and frequently
Items that may not be carried in the market:
Bath Bombs, Soaps, Lotions, Candles, Car Freshies, Drinking/Cursing related products
We do not allow direct sale reps or party-based merchandise. We reserve the right, at any time, to refuse incoming/restocked merchandise if it does not fit within the creative aesthetic of the market.
As a vendor, you are required to bring your clothing steamed, tagged (with your business name) securely with legible prices, and on your own hangers (color must be approved as we have multiple vendors). We are here to help strengthen you and to help you grow and scale your business. It is best to maintain your booth a minimum of twice per week by checking inventory to know what has been selling to reorder, stocking new merchandise weekly (know your limit, don’t be over/under stocked), and by checking sale items to be marked down again or pulled completely.
Vendors also need to check their booth for items needed to be put on sale, check their hold/sold items in the back to send reminders to customers or put back out. You should also be taking great photos for frequent social media posts, scheduling them with apps like Hootsuite or Tailwind, and tagging/hashtaging/setting location to Chicken Row Market on your posts.
Running sales on our monthly late-night event and promoting the event night frequently on social media to show our customers appreciation and love for supporting us is a good idea too! And please show up most event nights because customers have been there to support us and can get to know and meet the people and sweet faces they support!
Good to know:
✔️For clothing boutiques, pricing starts at $995/mo+ based on availability...all others are a case by case basis depending on merchandise and availability
✔️Contracts are month-to-month
✔️You are exclusive to Chicken Row Market in the 75633 zip code
✔️Chicken Row is responsible for the collection and payment of sales taxes
✔️Pay period is the first to the last day of the month
✔️Vendor checks are cut once per month
✔️Chicken Row does not require inventory itemization, so your report will list total per day sales
